How does it work?
When visiting your business, the loyalty program member presents the loyalty card to you. You swipe the card through the Terminal and, following the menu, enter the amount of the customer’s purchase. This amount is converted into “points”. You designate the rewards as point thresholds are achieved and use the Terminal to see and redeem available rewards.
Also, you can create coupons to be displayed on the terminal (so employees can easily understand what is available) and as the card is swiped, you can allow the customer to redeem coupons during that visit or select and print a coupon that will be available during the next visit or for a limited time.
